Meliora Packaging is now an ISO, Sedex & BRCGS certified packaging manufacturer — and here’s exactly why that should matter to you.

A few years ago, choosing a packaging partner mostly came down to price, print quality, and how fast they could turn a sample around. That’s changed. So over the past year, Meliora Packaging’s Silvassa facility has gone through three separate, independent audits — and passed all three. ISO 9001:2015 — Because Quality Shouldn’t Be a Guessing Game

ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely used quality management standard. It doesn’t certify a product directly — it certifies the system behind the product: how we control our processes, how we catch defects before they leave the factory, how we document and improve, and how consistently we can repeat all of that, order after order.

Sedex Membership — Because Ethics Aren’t Optional Anymore

Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) is the world’s largest platform for sharing responsible sourcing data — labour rights, health & safety, environmental performance, and business ethics. Being a Sedex member means our company and site profile (Site Reference: ZS1000093213) is on record and available for our partners’ own supplier due-diligence, instead of asking every brand to just take our word for it.

BRCGS Certification — Because Safety Has to Be Proven, Not Promised

BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance, Global Standards) is a rigorous, third-party audited certification used across food, pharmaceutical, and hygiene-sensitive consumer product packaging. Our Silvassa facility was independently audited by SGS United Kingdom Ltd against the BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials, Issue 7, and achieved Certificate No. IN26/00000745.

This covers exactly how our tubes are made — the extrusion and co-extrusion process, lacquering, hot foiling, capping, and labelling — assessed against product safety, traceability, and hygiene criteria built for packaging that touches skin, medicine, and food-adjacent products.
